All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
Payment Policy
Once your order form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to confirm your date/spot and service availability; along with an invoice and instructions to make your deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
Unpaid invoices with be cancelled and your spot released.
The remaining balance is due 7 days in advance of your service date (Payment is required in full for all orders placed 7 days in advance.)
Additional service time can be added to any cake bar package at a rate of $50/additional hour, up to two hours. Please add this option on your order form/prior to your event (if required). Extra time must be arranged prior to your event as no payment will be accepted on site to extend service time.
Delivery Information
Delivery is included with all orders within 20km of Niagara Falls, ON. For delivery outside of our service areas, additional fees may apply at a rate of $1/km one way, to your location.
Outdoor Event Disclaimer
If you are planning to have our cake bar service an outdoor event, please be advised that outdoor service is weather permitting. Our bar does not operate in rain or extreme heat. Please have an indoor backup location available in the event of extreme weather.
If the weather takes an unexpected turn for the worst, you will still receive all of the cakelettes/cupcakes purchased.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your event for any reason, please give as much notice as possible so your new date can be accommodated.
If you need to cancel your event for any reason, you have until 7 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit (and final balance, if fully paid).
We diligently plan and prepare to ensure that you have an amazing service experience. For this reason, cancellation within 7 days of your event makes your deposit non-refundable. However, you can apply the deposit to reserve our bar for a later date within the same calendar year (cake bar only).
*custom cake/cakelette/cupcake deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of your event.
